Help the Poor Hi Reuben. I think the last message I sent to you must have gone missing in the data base. I went through the 'Aspirations' & the concrete Efforts' by our Singapore Government to help the world at large particularly our neighbors, and I salute all 'the behind the scenes efforts'. Singapore is small but effective & sensible with the financial & political fibers that the world is learning to respect us more & more.
